Role summary / purpose
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborates effectively across teams, and can translate complex information into concise, executive/leadership-ready materials. Under general and direct supervision, this role provides administrative and analytical support to a department or group of professionals, compiling, collecting, and analyzing data for inclusion in reports or presentation materials.
Key responsibilities
- Support ORT planning, execution, and reporting across multiple workstreams
- Partner cross-functionally with business and IT teams to ensure alignment on scope, milestones, and deliverables
- Develop clear, concise presentations for leadership updates and decision-making
- Define and document entry and exit criteria for ORT phases and milestones
- Track progress against milestones, deliverables, and readiness criteria
- Consolidate inputs and provide structured reporting on status, risks, and dependencies
- Utilize tools such as JIRA (and Qmetry where applicable) to manage testing activities and track progress
- Produce and interpret reports, address reporting issues, conduct analysis, and participate in special projects
- Interact with internal and external customers on a routine basis and document enhancements to processes and procedures
- Prepare charts, graphs, and tables as necessary
- Perform document management tasks, scheduling, and organizational activities while ensuring compliance with business processes and policies
Requirements – education & experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
- 6 - 10 years of experience performing diversified and confidential administrative duties, requiring knowledge of organizational policies and practices

- Proven ability to work cross-functionally across business and technical teams
- Strong self-starter mindset with the ability to drive work independently
- Advanced proficiency in system implementations
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint (executive-ready presentations)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (tracking, reporting, data analysis)
- Advanced proficiency in JIRA (task and defect management)
- Ability to create concise presentations
- Knowledge of entry/exit ORT criteria
- Experience with milestone-based deliverables
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights
